Who's still in Gorath?

I installed the game, went through a 3 hour download process (oy!) and logged in...the place is totally dead.  I went to Theed...THEED....I didn't see another player anywhere.

On the plus side, the game ran rather smoothly.  But THAT dead?  Geez.

Anyways, I'm going to cancel my sub.  It's just not worth it anymore.  So I took a ton of screenshots and stuff and can put them up for those who are still playing so you can see if there's something you like in my inventory.  Whatever I got that's tradeable, it's yours. 

That is, if there's anyone still there.

Yeah Gorath seemed dead way back in March heheh Thats why I started playing on other servers...

I still play on occasion.. I cancel, then resub about 6 months later for a month to check it out. Starsider still has a decent population and I'm a 76 now heh, and TestCenter... TC is fun, I've had characters there for awhile ... when they set out the frogs instant level to 90 and go have fun :-P

I logged on to gorath the other night and found about 16 toons in our city... only 2 actual players though... they were credit farming from our terms so I citybanned em lol

A user gets 8 toons in a group, sets 7 to follow in a vehicle, takes group mission... kills flag all members get payout. Rack up a bunch of credits then sell them on ebay.

oh i seen that before i stoped playing in July this guy would have a whole bunch of girls in battle armor follow him around it was strange they all look the SAME!! and i might get back on SWG

heheh well Snoopy is the current mayor, he'd probably be best one for decoratin at the moment. but I could keep em in storage for yeah... or heck the cantina could use some more decor too heh

I'm in and out of Gorath, but usually don't spend alot of time there.  My subscription will likely be coming to an end after this month however, at least for now.  With so few ON GORATH, I'm usually on either Starsider or Flurry, but it's certainly NOWHERE as busy as it had been.

Any idea how full the Guild Hall is?  And I can had some stuff to Snoopy, some to Holmes, whatever.  CAn always fit out the Cantina and the City Hall then.

Not sure what the city halls capacity is, but I doubt it's anywhere near full.  The guild halls NOT packed, but it doesn't have a huge volume of room.  No idea about the cantina.  One suggestion is to do what Azis did - stock up the maintenance of your house/houses and set admin. access to whomever you want to have access.  Your building(s) will remain as long as the maintenance is paid, even though you've closed the account.  This also works well if, like Holmes, you decide to reopen the account from time to time, as it would be much like you'd never left. (Heh, even Azis's place is still in position)  I've noticed that alot of long term players on Flurry, who had left the game entirely, have returned, so it's always possible you might decide to do so as well.

On a side note, if the account is still active, check out your holo pet and set him up to GUARD your house inside...lol.  I've got mine set up in my house...although "Bugs"(yep, as in Bunny) DOESN'T strike me as the guarding type.....lol.
